Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or does not function as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the issue to help assess the claim.

Once the defect has been verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Missing Parcels

We are not responsible for refunds relating to parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible by providing tracking information and supporting documentation.

Refunds will not be issued for orders that are lost during transit or after being marked as delivered.
