Shipping Locations

Vellise currently ships exclusively within Australia.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Shipping Costs

At Vellise, we offer free shipping on all of our orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Vellise is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Vellise is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.vellise@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
